Sr. iOS Developer
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive - DOE
Location: Manhattan, New York
Voxy has immediate openings for an on-site Sr. iOS developer. The developer needs to be driven, self-motivated, able to understand design specs and translate these into technical solutions. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in iPhone/iPad development, including implementing applications with standard iPhone UI components, creating custom UI components and connecting applications to back end services. The individual should have experience working in an agile, fast-paced, goal oriented environment.
Qualifications
2+ years of extensive iPhone/iPad development experience
Proficiency in Objective-C and iPhone SDK
Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery and general client-side technologies (AJAX/REST)
Experience developing on the Apple Platform or Mac OSX (XCode)
Experience connecting applications to back end services
Experience shipping applications through the iPhone app store
Highly Independent work style requiring minimal supervision; goal oriented

Previous work in a start-up setting
